The award-winning Vertigo Vegan Plant Based Eatery has unveiled its largest restaurant to date at Media City UK. The chain’s third venue – which officially opened its doors to the public on Monday 3 August – joins spots on First Street and Cross Street in Manchester city centre and boasts enough space inside to cater for 45 covers, alongside an outside sun terrace large enough for an additional 20 people.
The Vertigo team will also be getting involved with the recently revealed Box on the Docks initiative which offers a socially distanced drink and dining experience on Salford Quays. Four private dining pods will be available, in which customers can enjoy a variety of the venue’s plant-based and free-from dishes that have made the restaurant a firm-favourite among Manchester foodies.
Vertigo fans will be pleased to find familiar breakfast, dinner and lunch dishes on the new menu – all completely vegan and available to eat in or take away – while drinks will be provided from locals like ManCoCo Coffee Roasters and First Chop Beer. To explore their full menu – and to book a table – head to the Vertigo website.
