Restaurant takeover: Higher Ground pop-up at Ducie Street Warehouse

Higher Ground, a joint venture between chef Joseph Otway and Richard Cossins of Blue Hill, will take over Ducie Street Warehouse’s restaurant throughout October with a series of pop-up dinners every weekend. A five-course sharing menu from Higher Ground will be available on Fridays and Saturdays, with seasonal produce from the North West taking centre stage along with an optional natural wine pairing, cans of Manchester brewed beer and vegan and vegetarian food options.

The ground floor of Ducie Street Warehouse has fast become a popular place to hang out in the city, and the incredible menus offered by Higher Ground are likely to make it an even more desirable spot – don’t miss out on what’s sure to be one of October’s hottest food events. There are only 40 tickets available for each dinner (full menu details are yet to be revealed), and you can book your table now – the sharing menu is £45 per guest, and you can add the optional wine pairing for an additional £25.
