An exciting insight into the first apartments to complete at Capital&Centric’s Crusader Mill development has been released, showcasing just how far the mill has come since being built in 1830. With one and two bed loft-style apartments, Crusader was actually featured in BBC2’s documentary Manctopia, which showed locals being given priority when looking to buy apartments, and investors being banned. With a clear aspiration to reach out to locals, the Mill is based off Chapeltown Street in Manchester, and some of the first residents are expected to move in from as early as March, with prices starting from £200,000. With a stylish design and dog-friendly approach, the penthouses look to be an exciting new addition to the area, and are set to expand in the future. Find out more in the images below or by visiting the Crusader Mill website.
