Food: Rudy’s to launch neighbourhood pizzeria in Stockton Heath this Spring

Popular Ancoats pizza parlour Rudy’s has revealed plans to open a neighbourhood pizzeria in Stockton Heath this Spring. Their latest venue will take over the former Barclay’s Bank building on 19 Walton Road, bringing relaxed restaurant vibes to the heart of Stockton town centre.

Originally opening in Ancoats in 2015, Rudy’s Neapolitan Pizza quickly made a name for itself thanks to its authentic Neapolitan pizzas which were loaded with fresh ingredients imported twice-weekly from Naples and wood fired for just 60 seconds, giving dishes their signature light and chewy texture. Word soon spread and a second space quickly appeared on Peter Street in the city centre, followed by venues in Liverpool, Leeds and Birmingham.
