Manchester’s coolest new neighbourhood KAMPUS welcomes bakery-slash-florist Bread Flower as their newest pop up vendor. The new store comes from childhood besties Maya Black, a baker from Prestwich, and Scarlett Jamieson, a florist from Salford. This is the pair’s second storefront in under a month, having sold out their entire stock in just 40 minutes after their launch in Altrincham.

Maya and Scarlett will be serving bundles of six freshly baked sourdough bagels, as well as your choice of two sides, all tied neatly together with a bloomin’ beautiful bouquet of specially selected flowers. Sides include hummus, flavoured schmears, and even smoked salmon, available to be paired with either sesame, poppy seed, plain or ‘everything’ bagels. Bundles start from £30 and can be preordered throughout the week via the Bread Flower Instagram for collection on Sundays 10am-12pm.

Bread Flower will be serving up smiles – and bagels – from the KAMPUS Bungalow, which you can access via Minshull Street. The Bungalow is part of CAPITAL&CENTRIC’s brand new urban neighbourhood KAMPUS, located behind Piccadilly Station. Once used as a security cabin overlooking the canal, the elevated building has been transformed into a bright, welcoming space perfect for pop ups. Be sure to watch this space for more exciting stuff (and food).
