Manchester Oktoberfest launched in 2014, bringing everything that makes a real German Oktoberfest to Manchester every year (covid year excepting). Once again this year they’re setting up a 2000-capacity tent from 13-17 Oct, filled with long benches and tables, in the heart of town and will be serving giant beer and German food throughout, accompanied by a German Oomph band.
As a festival focussed partially on beer, for the most part it’s adult only, but the Sunday will have a different, family vibe, with kids allowed into the tent with their adults.
