Mana continues to fly the flag for Manchester in supreme style, after the Michelin starred spot scooped yet another award to add to their ever-growing collection.
This time round, Simon Martin’s Mana has been awarded the coveted four AA Rosettes, cementing its status as one of the country’s best dining establishments.
The restaurant’s “accomplished Scandi treatment of high-end ingredients” in particular was highlighted when receiving the prestigious recognition.
Establishments with three AA Rosettes are all outstanding restaurants achieving standards which demand national recognition well beyond their local area, while those awarded four AA Rosettes are considered among the top restaurants in the country.
Joining Mana in achieving the highest award, were Forest Side (Grasmere, Cumbria) and Tuddenham Mill (Newmarket, Suffolk), while those awarded three AA Rosettes include Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay (London), new Glaswegian dining destination UNALOME by Graeme Cheevers (Glasgow), and French bistro L’Ortolan (Shinfield, Berkshire).
