Kicking off the new year in fitting style, HOME’s gallery walls are set to become a showcase of Mancunian talent.

The biennial Manchester Open Exhibition was created as a way to celebrate and offer a platform to the city’s most promising and impressive creative talent.

Work from more than 400 Greater Manchester artists will be on display, all of which has been selected by a panel made up of art experts and community representatives.

More than 2,000 entries were sent in ahead of the selection process, with the event clearly gathering momentum since first launching back in 2019.

The exhibition will open to the public from Mon 24 Jan and will run through until Sun 27 Mar.
