London duo Bob Vylan hit Manchester’s Club Academy this Tue 24 May as part of The Price of Life UK tour. The album of the same name features political punk infused grime and rap and was released through their very own record label Ghost Theatre. Get down to Retro this Thu 26 May as ‘trio of travelling troubadours’ When They Riot headline the Sackville Street venue. Hailing from Leeds, the band are joined on the bill by a bunch of brilliant support acts including local talent The Twisted Dolls, Liverpool’s Daisy Cutters and punk 4-piece Twelve Twelve. Tickets are priced at just £9 (inc. booking fee).
Sour Grapes Records finally presents Meltchester vol #1 this Fri 27 May from 7pm.
