A few funny festive treats for you as we make our way into December with Sunil Patel, Tom Ward and Rob Newman.
Fresh from his celebrated debut on Live at the Apollo, Tom Ward embarks on his first-ever national tour, stopping by at the Frog & Bucket for a midweek pick-me-up. A brand-new construction of offbeat observations and top-notch whimsical detours, Ward is the heir apparent to Noel Fielding’s surreal throne and is unmatched in his bizarre verbosity. As seen on The Stand Up Sketch Show, Live from the BBC, Roast Battle and Stand Up Central, Ward has also supported Jack Whitehall, Joe Lycett, Jason Manford and Sindhu Vee on tour so make sure you get in on the ground floor for this future star.
Award-winning veteran comedian Rob Newman is back on tour, fresh from his BBC Radio 4 series Rob Newman On Air and once more asking the big questions. This time they range from ‘who are we?’ and ‘where are we going?’ to ‘how do spiders fly?’ Newman’s curiosity and intellect know no bounds and this is sure to be another cerebral mash of big ideas and silly conceits from one of the best to do it.
