The UK’s best curry restaurants have been crowned at the 2023 Nation’s Curry Awards, which were hosted at the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel on Monday night.
In its inaugural year, the ceremony ‘recognised and celebrated the talents and hard work of individuals and businesses within the UK’s curry industry.’

Among the winners were a number of Greater Manchester favourites, including Asha’s, who took home the Best of Manchester Award after their reopening last August.
Beloved Burton Road institution, The Great Kathmandu, scooped the title of Best Nepalese Restaurant of the Year while Bolton’s Ayaan’s picked up the accolade for Pakistani Restaurant of the year.
