Bringing the breadcrumb-studded North East delicacy to the heart of the city, Parmogeddon serve their plate-sized chicken cutlets laden with cheese and bechamel sauce out of the New Century Kitchen every Tuesday – Sunday.
Available in classic style, salt and pepper, spicy chorizo chilli, buffalo and more, as well as in a toasted brioche bun, Parmogeddon’s fare comes with a customary side of homemade seasoned fries and a slap of spicy pickled slaw.
Open from Fri 16 Aug, the UK’s first Australian-style sushi joint takes over the Trafford Centre’s culinary cruise deck with Melbourne’s beloved Japanese fusion staple, the ‘hand roll’, promising a new and unique fast-casual dining option for shoppers who fancy light lunches or a full table of mix-and-match delights.

Pledging to provide ‘bowling like you’ve never seen before’, multi-purpose activity bar Lane7 has opened another site south of their wildly successful unit at Great Northern, adding a kaleidoscopic dose of neon cyberpunk thrills to Altrincham’s thriving hospitality scene.
Featuring graffiti-flanked bowling alleys available for a selection of game formats, and an expansive range of other activities—beer pong, karaoke, pool, shuffleboard, a ‘shooting pod’—as well as a generous and inventive cocktail menu, the nationwide chain is a hive of guaranteed nocturnal fun.
Inspired by the wool sheds and trail hiking huts of New Zealand, North London coffee masters Caravan have launched first Manchester unit in the St. John’s development, with a light and spacious 200-cover haven adorned with recycled materials across two all-day dining rooms, a bar, two outdoor terraces, a takeout brew bar and their own roastery.
