As plans for MediaCity’s new independent food and drink destination Central Bay move forward, it’s been revealed that local favourites SEVEN BRO7HERS will be launching as new bar and microbrewery as part of the development.
The upcoming £3.5m site is earmarked to launch this summer, bringing with it 25,000 square feet of ‘exciting culinary experiences’, including four new independent restaurants, 20 kitchens, pop-up events, indie markets, live music performances and recreation space for kids.
Amongst those plans, we now know that Salford’s own SEVEN BRO7HERS will launch 11 Central — referencing the family’s seven brothers and four sisters — offering visitors a mix of drink, food, live performances, bar games and waterside views from the 2,000 square foot terrace, along with gin-making classes which will be available to book.
11 Central will serve authentic artisan beer and boast a state-of-the-art microbrewery on site. Extending the menu to gin lovers, the SISTERS DISTILLERY will have a key role behind the bar with its full range of award-winning flavoured gins available plus an assortment of artisan tonics to pair with.
