Herbivorous, which was another trader sadly affected by the shock partial closure of Hatch, has found a new home in one of Manchester’s most iconic drinking dens.
The team will begin operating out of the kitchen at Big Hands from Fri 13 Oct, in a residency that lasts up until Christmas.
Herbivorous was founded in 2017 by two foodies and partners Robyn and Damian. They served vegan food across the country at some of the biggest vegan events and festivals before opening their first fixed location inside Hatch in 2019. Since then they have expanded into two new sites Withington and Spark in York.
Guests will be able to tuck into the team’s delicious plant-based take on classic junk food every Tue – Thu 5pm – 9pm, Fri – Sat 5pm – 10pm and Sun 5pm – 9pm.
