WIN: A meal & wine flight for two at Kala’s Meet the Artist evening

This November, Kala will be hosting a special Meet the Artist evening with the supremely talented Chris Cyprus.

Chris, who hails from Manchester himself, will be exhibiting a few pieces and taking part in a Q&A discussing all things art, food and the North.

The Kala team have also created a one-off three-course menu for guests to tuck into on the night, which you can find below:

Snack ‘Smokehouse at Staithes’
Smoked Mackerel Pate, digestive biscuit, cucumber relish

Starter ‘Autumnal Allotment’
Salt baked celeriac, Jerusalem artichoke, crispy beer pickled onions, beetroot ketchup, pear relish, chestnut

Main ‘Beef & Forage’
Roast fillet of beef, wild mushroom and potato pithivier, cavolo nero, black truffle and parsnip puree, mushroom and madeira sauce

Dessert ‘Perfect Sunday’
Salted chocolate and olive oil tart, cream cheese ice cream
