This week, beloved contemporary women’s clothing store Whistles returns to Manchester, taking up residence in a prime King Street unit spanning over 1,100 square feet.
Open for business from Tue 21 Nov, the latest Whistles branch features a bespoke interior aesthetic accentuated by their signature palette soft neutral and earthy tones, as well as larger fitting rooms, ‘inspirational’ design-led spaces and complimentary 1-2-1 styling sessions (available to book here), guaranteeing a uniquely relaxed and intimate shopping environment in Manchester’s premium retail district.
Speaking on the launch of the brand new Whistles store, Caraline Money, Global Retail Director of TFG Brands, London, said: “We are really excited to be opening our store in Manchester. The North is a key market for Whistles and forms a crucial role in our UK expansion plans. We’ve built a loyal, ever-growing following in the Manchester area through our popular concessions in John Lewis and Selfridges, so it’s fantastic we can now offer the wider collection to our customers directly from our stores.”
Our new store strategy is focused on opening bigger, better stores on prominent high streets and within premium shopping districts like Kings Street to showcase the wider collections to our customers and enhance their shopping experience in-store.”
Designed to embody ‘ageless, nonchalant style’, the Whistles A/W23 collection promises to provide a fresh yet elegant lineup of understated staples and tastefully dynamic layers ‘created to live in, not look at’. A selection of showcase pieces will be housed in the new Manchester store throughout the season.
