A sponsored Lantern Walk comes to the lush green surroundings of Heaton Park this November, supporting the Manchester Foundation Trust’s family of hospitals.
With accessible, family-friendly routes, walkers can choose between a 2km or 5km route, depending on what suits them best. There is also a quiet walk option which some participants may find more suitable.
All registered participants will receive our free fundraising guide packed full of hints and tips as well as a twinkling lantern to light up the route’s tunnel as the sun sets.
As well as enjoying the scenic route, there will be plenty of entertainment along the way and fun activities to get involved with.
There will also be prizes on offer for the event’s top fundraisers, courtesy of the event’s sponsor, Happy Linen Company.
This year’s Heaton Park Lantern Walk will be taking place on Sat 9 Nov at 2pm. There is a registration fee of £6pp. For more information, or to book your spot, click the button below.
