If you didn’t already know, one of Greater Manchester’s most exciting theatre spaces just so happens to be hidden up above one of the region’s best pubs, The Kings Arms.

Taking over that space from Wed 11 Dec – Fri 13 Dec, Peripeteia Theatre Company Presents The Human Voice, a new production based on the original play by French playwright, poet and novelist, Jean Cocteau.

The play, which explores the need for human connection, centres around a prophetic monologue from a woman fighting for the person she loves.

In this bold production, a brand-new version of the classical text will be presented, 94 years after it was first performed. Each night the role of the woman will be played by a different actor, meaning different interpretations will happen on each performance.

Tickets for Peripeteia Theatre Company’s The Human Voice at The Kings Arms are on sale now. Book yours using the button below.
