A financially stricken Macy’s faces financial ruin ahead of their make-or-break Christmas sale, and to make matters worse, the New York department store’s Santa has quit.
Desperate, the shop puts their trust in a stranger who is convinced he’s the real deal. However, when this new saviour is arrested, all hope falls into the hands of a determined child, Susan, who must convince the world that Santa Claus exists, and that the spirit of Christmas lives on.
