Manchester’s first outdoor woodfired Finnish sauna experience is now open in the heart of Deansgate.

Originating in Canada, The Good Sauna team boasts huge experience in creating warm, welcoming spaces that blend relaxation with a strong sense of community.

Located at Club De Padel within Deansgate Square, the new space features a unique combination of traditional Finnish saunas, invigorating cold plunge baths, and a communal campfire area.

The team say they want their new Manchester spot to be somewhere people can come together for an alternative group experience, providing all the benefits of hot and cold exposure therapy whilst connecting friends in a laid-back, relaxing environment.

Community drop-in sessions, priced at £25, have space for up to eight people and last up to 1 hour 45 mins — these sessions are split into three stages: sauna, ice bath or cold shower and relaxation around the fire.

Condensed midweek sessions, which can be fit into 60 minutes, are also offered as an ideal lunchtime or morning pick-me-up. Private bookings, with room for up to 10 people, are also available.
