Jodrell Bank has unveiled its packed February half-term programme with space-based adventures and experiences that the whole family can enjoy.

Running from Sat 15 Feb – Sun 23 Feb, the brand-new Curious Kids Science Show Magic vs Science will leave audiences unable to believe their very own eyes as the team performs an array of mystifying demonstrations. The show is included in admission price but spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis.

On Tue 19 Feb, Jodrell’s latest interactive Dome Show, Ted’s Space Adventure, is the perfect introduction to wondrous new worlds for little ones aged 3-7. The show puts the stars at your fingertips, inviting little stargazers to explore the solar system alongside an astronaut bear named Ted. Ted’s Space Adventure is a separate ticketed event priced at £5.

Elsewhere throughout half-term, get stuck into space crafts and astronaut dress-up, interactive exhibitions and immersive films, as the Space Dome is transformed into a jaw-dropping cinema screen. Visitors can also attend a Telescope Talk to delve into the fascinating history and secrets of Jodrell Bank’s iconic big dish.

When arriving at the venue, families can pick up a Star Hunter Trail map, which will add a little extra adventure to your visit with checkpoints scattered around Jodrell.
