ShudeHill Studio and M20 Collective present NQ Pop-Up

ShudeHill Studio announces itself on the Manchester arts scene this week with a festival of arts and music. Joining forces with M20 Collective, they have put together an assortment of visual and live arts exhibitions throughout the day, with an array of musicians from acoustic acts, world music DJs and subcultural electronic sounds across four venues (plus an after party at 2022NQ). The trail begins at the Studio itself where you can pick up your wristband (gains you free entry to the after party and selected drinks offers elsewhere) and take in two floors of art displays from those collaborators at ShudeHill. The outside marquee will also offer arts, activities, food and music from the likes of So Flute, DJ Mayeva and DJ Void. Head then to Thomas Street for three venues that will also be showcasing Manchester’s emerging artists, both musical and metaphysical, in Odd, Bay Horse and Thomas Restaurant. The day is aiming to help young artists network with those that already thrive in and around Manchester with help from Generic Greeting Collective, Outhouse MCR, Why Not? Clothing and live graffiti from Tank Petrol. Once the day has ended and the sun has packed up, head to 2022NQ where Dub Smugglers will be performing a special DJ set, and joined by Big War, FREnch Fire and Neko Neko. A non-profit celebration of arts and music from the city will help remind everyone why we love it here.
