A free festive mixer dedicated to creatives and freelancers living, working or studying around Salford and Manchester comes to Irlam later this month.

Described as an office party for those who don’t necessarily have an office of their own, the event ensures that even the solo workers amongst us have the opportunity to come together and let their hair down.

Hosted at Irlam Catholic Club on Thu 19 Dec, guests can enjoy food, drinks and music courtesy of The Sunday Boys Choir and live DJs.

Whether you are flying solo as a freelancer, part of an organisation, just starting out or a seasoned pro, the evening promises a fantastically festive opportunity to meet like-minded people and make new connections.

Each edition of these Salford Creative Mixers invites key figures from various local organisations to join and chat with guests about exciting opportunities and upcoming plans in a laid-back setting.

For the festive special, Sam Butterworth from Irlam & Cadishead Festival, From the Other and Nordoff-Robbins will all be joining, while Wainman Design will be running a drop-in ice breaker activity to keep the conversation flowing.

The Salford Creative Mixer festive special will run from 6pm – 10pm. Tickets are completely free but should be booked in advance — grab your spot using the button below.
