To mark this month’s summer solstice, a free, deeply immersive and therapeutic Sound Bath experience is coming to Manchester.
Hosted by Golden Ratio Sound Therapy, the session will be taking place at First Street’s INNSiDE Manchester on Sat 22 Jun, from 10.30am – 12pm.
Each person will have their own individual inner experience during a Sound Bath, as Golden Ratio Sound Therapy plays instruments including Gongs, Bowls, Shakers and percussion to help participants enter another state of consciousness.
