A new neighbourhood cocktail bar has arrived on Deansgate

Municipal Bar is the latest addition to Deansgate’s ever-growing list of food and drink offerings — a contemporary cocktail bar that promises ‘chilled elegance’.

An extensive drinks menu is driven largely by local independents and brewers from the various municipals of Manchester. Expect cutting-edge cocktails, craft beers, spirits, wines, prosecco and an in-depth wine list.

By day, the bar — which joins the Great Northern Warehouse’s impressive portfolio — becomes a laid-back coffee shop serving up roasts from award-winning Two Brothers Coffee, while every Saturday guests can enjoy live music and various events throughout the year.

For anyone looking to push the boat out, a VIP area is available to book separate from the lounge area and bar seating.
