Stockist of fine natural wines by day, serving wine on tap by night – new natural wines store KERB is opening in Ancoats, just steps away from Elnecot, Rudy’s and Cutting Room Square.

For both booze-loving beginners and elite grape experts, KERB will be selling a handpicked selection of natural wines, produced by some of the finest home growers in England and Wales. Even better – on the last weekend of every month, the shop transforms into a pop-up bar where guests can indulge in KERB’s natural wine selection in a relaxed, zero-judgement (and super cosy) environment.

The new store comes from Philip Hannaway and David McCall, who are also the founders of Hatch cafe joint Takk Coffee, creative hub SEESAW, and ÖL Nano Bar & Brewery. Philip and David developed KERB to express their passion for natural wines, which has been bubbling for six years now, creating the space with a core aim of being knowledgeable but inclusive. The two hope to build a strong community of wine lovers whilst bringing natural wines into the Manchester mainstream.

KERB is set to open on Friday 6 August, transforming Ancoats’ Cutting Room Square into quite the wine-lover’s heaven.

(P.S. Keep your eyes peeled for their cheeky illustrated wine-loving gremlins)
