Super Happy, described as a ‘bakery-led sandwich side hustle’, comes to Ducie Street Warehouse from September (all things going according to plan).
While the recently-emerged Instagram page doesn’t give away too much in terms of concrete details, there’s enough tease to get us properly excited about the new concept.

Fresh ingredients and premium local bread form the basis, while the team also appear to be experimenting with other delicious-sounding treats like vegan miso apple pies and crullers.
