The team behind Abeja Tapas Bar, the Spanish spot that we were frequent visitors to during their time at Hatch and more recently at Alvarium, has found a new home.
They’ll be bringing their classic Mediterranean small plates, along with their gorgeous selection of Granada wines to The Glass Spider in Stockport, just next to the historic market hall.
Abeja marks another welcome addition for Stockport, a town whose foodie rise has been well-documented over these last couple of years, with the likes of Where the Light Gets In, Yellow Hammer, Kambuja and Baekdu just a few of the names contributing to that.
