Disaster struck Almost Famous in the Northern Quarter in June with a massive fire, laying waste to the burgeoning burger brand’s celebrated HQ. But they weren’t to be put down – nor their fire for fabulous burgers quelled –  and they have reopened in style with a brand new, triple-the-old-sized outlet in the Great Northern. To give a little something back to the fire fighters – and give Manchester citizens a bit of charming, affordable original art – they’re holding an exclusive print sale this Monday from noon. Commissioned in association with Richard Goodall Gallery, artworks include new pieces by Brendan Dawes, Savwo (pictured), Jam Wah, 400 Facts, Alex Frazer, Caroline Dowest and DR ME. Each costs £30 – and £5 from each sale goes to the Fire Fighters Charity. There’s only around 25 to 30 of each though, so you’d better be quick with purchases available online here, at the Richard Goodall Gallery, and at Almost Famous itself. Unbelievably, there’s tickets still left for Almost Famous meaty NYE too.

Almost Famous, Unit 2, Great Northern Warehouse, Watson Street, M3 4EJ, from noon, £30 per print, www.almostfamousburgers.com
