After sell out shows in London and Edinburgh, comedians Kiri Pritchard-McLean and Jayde Adams (plus collaborator and band leader Dave Cribb) are bringing their love letter to musical theatre to the North of England for a one off show at Salford University. A chance for stand ups to live out their shower bound fantasies and blast out some of their favourite show tunes ‘Amusical’ has been wowing audiences since it started nearly two years ago. For this special Northern version there have been a few names released so far with English Comedian of the Year Brennan Reece extending his diaphragm as well as a super group from Kate McCabe, Lou Conran and Harriet Dyer. There’s also a duet between Corrie’s Dean Fagan and Gein’s Family Giftshop’s Ed Easton and talk of a very special guest coming down to close the show. It’s set to sell out and is like no other comedy night you’ll ever frequent so make sure you see it whilst it’s in town.

Mon 5 Mar, New Adelphi Theatre, University of Salford, The Crescent, Salford M5 4WT. 7.30pm, £5/8, www.tickettext.co.uk
