A new immersive experience transforms the streets of Manchester into a cinematic mystery game.

StreetHunt Games, the award-winning creators specialising in outdoor, self-guided mystery experiences, have launched two story-driven adventures, each designed to make players see and experience the city differently.

Following success in London and York, and recognised with a Travellers’ Choice Award and a place in TripAdvisor’s Top 20 Fun & Games in London, Mancunians can pick between two experiences: The Case of Colombia’s Finest and Will Breaker.

In The Case of Colombia’s Finest (suitable for ages 13+), teams must help Jim Robusta uncover some shady goings-on at his coffee company. Unable to go to the police, the mystery unfolds across the city, with players discovering clues and new locations over the course of 1.5-2 hours in teams of 2-6.

Will Breaker (suitable for ages 10+) tasks you with tracking down your uncle’s will and inheritance. Starting outside the Science and Industry Museum, you’ll follow a trail along Manchester’s canals, progressing past old waterway locks and unlocking hidden secrets along the way. Also ideal for teams of 2-6 people, this is a slightly more accessible game, but one that is still rewarding all the same.

Manchester adventure game

StreetHunt Games was founded by married duo Tony and Annaliza Sturge; both accountants with a passion for puzzles, travel, and immersive experiences. From escape rooms and immersive theatre to cryptic crosswords and board games, their love of storytelling and clever gameplay runs deep.

Co-founder Annaliza Sturge explains: “Manchester’s layered history and offbeat energy made it the perfect fit. From secret alleys to landmark squares, the game reveals just how much you miss when you’re not paying attention.”

Whether it’s birthdays, team building, date nights, stag/hen dos or just an overdue catch-up, bookings are open now and can be made 7 days a week. For more information, or to book your game, click the button below.
