Manchester continues its love affair with Brooklyn tonight when Gorilla hosts an evening of New York music, food and drinks, courtesy of Williamsburg’s favourite drunken sons. Already a feast of Americana itself, Gorilla will be doubling the dose this eve as it invites you to indulge yourself in some of Brooklyn Brewery’s finest ales, including the lesser spotted Bamboozle, Brooklyn Chocolate Stout and Sorachi Ace. The DJs are on a strict remit of playing ‘the sounds of New York’ – a pretty broad spectrum, admittedly – and there will be live music from Dinner Party and Irma Vep. Enjoy the sounds, liquids and food of New York’s alternative borough, all for free.
