Sequels to comedy films are a tricky beast, approached with some degree of caution. For every good Part Deux, there are a bushel of terrible follow-ups; for every Wayne’s World 2 there is an Evan Almighty, Son of the Mask and Teen Wolf Too. No such trepidation is warranted to the sequel to 2004’s Anchorman, if the latest trailer (below) is anything to go by. Jameson Cult Film Club is giving you the chance to see it first with exclusive preview screenings across the country – one of which will be in the fitting surroundings of a studio in MediaCityUK. The night promises Jazz flute, salon-quality hair makeovers and Anchorman-themed Jameson cocktails (hopefully staying away from the milk). If you make the list, gather your best clothes from the toilet store, and get ready to watch the film before anyone else.
