Rudy’s Pizza are set to add another new venue to their ever-growing portfolio, this time opening their doors in Chorlton.

The wildly popular pizza slingers have confirmed they’ll be taking over the former Lloyds bank on Barlow Moor Road, bringing a ‘relaxed neighbourhood pizzeria’ to the south Manchester suburb from June.

To say Rudy’s time in Manchester has been a success since they first arrived in Ancoats back in 2015 would be something of an understatement, going on to open further sites in Greater Manchester, Soho, Liverpool, Leeds and Birmingham.

Believing Neapolitan pizza to be the best in the world, Rudy’s dough is made fresh daily using Caputo ‘00’ flour which ferments for at least 24 hours, alongside the premium quality ingredients imported twice a week from Naples, including San Marzano tomatoes grown on fields next to Mount Vesuvius, and Fior di Latte mozzarella.

Max, General Manager of Rudy’s Chorlton said: “We’re really excited to bring Rudy’s to the Chorlton neighbourhood. It won’t be long before we are able to fire up the oven and serve delicious Neapolitan pizza. As a team we can’t wait to become part of the community.”

To celebrate the opening, Rudy’s will even be giving away free pizza. All you have to do is sign up to their newsletter right here.
