Local artist Caroline Dowsett, who designed both a Manchester Bee and Manchester Wire’s own most recent tote bag, has an exhibition of her work at Libero Bar in Altrincham from Friday (7 Dec) until Friday 21 December 2018. Her funky prints have been on display at various venues across the city, including All the Shapes, and her design was selected to decorate one of the #Beeinthecitymcr, which resided in Spinningfields this summer. Her prints are bold, colourful and contemporary, working with shapes, spaces and wordplay. Originals and limited edition prints will be available to purchase – a great chance to support one of Manchester’s most promising artists and designers.
