Brought to you by community arts initiative OT Creative Space, in collaboration with St. John’s Centre, the Ayres Road Festival arrives in Stretford this weekend with all manner of free neighbourhood fun.

A wholesome and family-friendly event, Ayres Road Festival champions all things local, inclusive and creative.

With a whole host of free entertainment to enjoy, including the likes of creative workshops, indie food vendors, art, live performance, music, garden parties galore and much, much more, this is bound to start you off right for the bank holiday Jubilee weekend.

Among the performers are Young Identity, Manchester’s premier spoken-word collective-cum-arts charity dedicated to developing young writers and creatives.

The festival kicks off at noon so be sure to get yourself down to Stretford this Saturday and see for yourself what Ayres Road has to offer.
