The Big Parlour Pig Out is exactly what it says on the tin. Hosted by Chorlton’s foodie hotspot, The Parlour, November’s event brings together fan-dangled pig butchery expertise with a whole load of canapé snaffling. With the pig butchery and bacon curing masterclass being demonstrated by Lee Frost of W H Frost butchers in Chorlton. Chefs will then prepare a selection of pig inspired canapés using a variety of cuts, all served up with some real, honest cider. One for meat lovers, this promises a cracking night – or should that be crackling?
