Bank Holiday drinking & DJs at The Blue Pig

With the banks’ doors slammed shut for the long weekend, Blue Pig have seized the opportunity swing theirs wide open to secure a stellar cast of song selectors. The Northern Quarter bar is set to raise the roof by welcoming Bump! DJs, then leaving the rest of the weekend in the more-than-capable hands of soul/funk/jazz aficionados So Flute. To mark the occasion, Bump! DJs have a bank holiday treat on Friday, in the form of special guest DJ Dom Kozubik from the indie rockers Kill It Kid, who’ll join them in spinning classic floor-fillers through the night. Then So Flute take the reins of your weekend, with first Danuka (Saturday) and then Bolt (Sunday) showing off their enviable collections of musical gems on wax to keep the disco moving.
