Mojo Manchester reopens this week with a new look bar and updated cocktail menu. Mojo is Manchester’s original late night rock’n’roll bar, famous for great drinks, an excellent soundtrack and quick fire service – and nothing has changed there. However they have seriously pumped up the cocktail menu, adding in whipped cream, sparkles and *actual* fruit on fire, as well as Oreos, boozy sugar cubes – and much more. The Mojo concept started out in Leeds before bringing its unique brand of good times to Manchester in the mid 2000s. The bar has hosted parties for rock n’ roll’s finest – including Foo Fighters and Elbow – and featured in an episode of Coronation Street. To celebrate the reopening and the new cocktail menu, Mojo are offering one free portion of chicken wings per person with your first (alcoholic) drink of the day. Offer is only available before 9pm – or choose a veggie alternatives such as Tayto Tots and Mac Balls. We’ve picked a few highlights from the new cocktail menu below – click here for the full list.

Raspberry Beret: In homage to the great purple one and his tunes which are essential for any party, this one includes Absolut Raspberry, Chambord Liqueur, lemon juice and raspberry puree.

Hurricane: El Dorado 5yr Old Rum, Diplomatico Mantuano, passionfruit and
grenadine, shaken with lime and orange juices. Served tall with a Voodoo Doll and a flaming Wray & Nephew lime – pictured.

Pornstar Martini: Absolut Vanilla, Passoa, Passionfruit and sugar, served with a shot of Prosecco. Finished with flaming passionfruit and a caramelised
sugar cube.

BMW: Baileys: Malibu and Jameson Whiskey, with milk and cream. Now
served with oodles of whipped cream and a Coconut Oreo.

Now open, Mojo Manchester 59A Bridge Street, Manchester M3 3BQ. Tel: 0161 300 0481, www.mojobar.co.uk
