Bar Shorts heads to The Eagle Inn in full Super Sonic mode in April, following overwhelming demand for its London event. A brand new sound-inspired short film and animation program, Bar Shorts is a ‘delicious pick and mix of shorts’ – curated by writer/director Chris Shepherd and the 12Foot6 animation studio – that works to champion unseen, obscene and interesting works. As part of its Super Sonic night, shorts will include the first public screening of Kristof Babaski’s 1957 playful film Myszochujek, alongside comedic animated shorts from Bob Godfrey and Chris Shepherd’s Falling into Pieces. Other filmmakers include Greg Jardin, Michael Langan, Thomas Knowler and Rupert Hill, while special additions for The Eagle Inn line-up include a short by local talent Rupert Hill and imaginative works from students at the University of Salford.
