When students and cameras combine, the results often include the documentation of wild antics and stumbling out of bars. Cliches aside thought it’s possible that students have as insightful a take on modern society as the next snapper. To prove the point, Bench Self Made Gallery present a photographic collection capturing the world through the eyes (or lenses) of  Manchester School of Art’s MA photography students. Called The World According to MAS, expect takes on topics such as urban life and how nature fits into the built environment. Look out for work by postgrads Lisa Joel, Patrick Handley, Andy Glynn, Julian Harris, Michael Morris, Rebecca Howard, Stephanie Parnell and Laura Dean at this glimpse into the minds of the next generation of photographers.
