Are you brave enough to venture into the park after dark? You’ll need to be if you want to attend brand new immersive stage experience Dracula – The Blood Count this summer. Devised by Feelgood Theatre Productions, their new show sees the company celebrate their 25th birthday heading to Heaton Park to inject some new blood into a Bram Stoker’s Gothic classic. Expect hypnotic music, vibrant dance, magic and illusions created by Derren Brown and David Blaine collaborator Peter Clifford, as this blood-curdling site-specific show transforms Heaton Park into a dark and mysterious Vampiric world. They’ve gone all out, too – inviting you to walk among the coffins, watch out for flying vampires overhead and witness creatures of the night rise from their graves as you enter the woods under nightfall. Certainly not one for the faint of heart, the show can be seen from Wed 24 Jul – Sun 11 Aug and single and family tickets are available now.

Wed 24 Jul – Sun 11 Aug, Heaton Park, Middleton Rd, Manchester M25 2SW, Tickets £15.54 – £62.16 (family ticket), 7.30pm www.jumblebee.co.uk/ticket/
