Returning to Lowry by popular demand this May, the Olivier Award-nominated smash-hit stage show Bluey’s Big Play brings the beloved blue heeler and her family back to Salford for a fun-filled theatrical adventure packed with music, laughter and imagination.

Based on the Emmy award-winning children’s television series, the delightful production transforms the world of Bluey into a vibrant live spectacle featuring brilliantly crafted puppets, absorbing storytelling and an original tale by Bluey creator Joe Brumm, alongside brand new music from the show’s composer Joff Bush.

When Dad is hoping for a little afternoon time out on the bean bag, Bluey and Bingo have other plans. Join the pair as they pull out all of the giddy games, clever plans and mischievous tactics at their disposal to get him back on his feet in a joyful family caper that captures the warmth and playful spirit of the much loved series.

Reimagining Bluey, Bingo, Bandit and Chilli as larger-than-life puppets brought to life on stage, Bluey’s Big Play offers families the chance to see their favourite characters like never before with a play full of heart, humour and magical stagecraft.
