Brick Lane favourite Rosa’s Thai Cafe has finally arrived in Manchester and to celebrate, they’re offering customers the chance to save 50% on all food orders during their soft launch weekend. Founded by best-selling author Saiphin Moore, this eagerly anticipated addition to Manchester’s food and drink scene has opened up shop in The Old Courthouse in Deansgate, featuring a wide-array of vibrant dishes using seasonal ingredients. Favourites include Rosa’s best-selling pad thai, signature red butternut curry with sweet basil and drunken noodles with galangal – all of which can be enjoyed in their brand new, 60-cover Manchester space. Opening for both lunch and dinner, seven days a week, Rosa’s Thai Cafe will feature a number of different menus including an all-day option alongside veggie and coeliac friendly dishes. Meanwhile, their bar comes fully stocked with a selection of wines, cocktails and beers – including the venue’s own lemongrass and lime infused Thai PA.
