Beermoth beer + Hickson + Blacks cheese night at Dulcimer

Head down to Dulcimer at the end of the month for an evening of exceptional beer and cheese. The Northern Quarter’s independent beer retailer, Beermoth (click to read our preview), joins forces with Chorlton’s Dulcimer to showcase some of the planet’s most intriguing ales, ably matched by cheeses from Chorlton-based delicatessen and cheese specialist Hickson and Blacks. The suggested pairings may include the following: Toccalmatto Grooving Hop American Pale Ale (Italy) with Manchego, The Bruery Trade Winds Tripel Belgian-style Golden Ale (USA) with reserve cheddar, De Struise Brouwers Pannepeut Old Monk’s Ale 2010 (Belgium) with assorted regional smoked cheese, Odell Brewing Company/Thornbridge Pond Hopper Double IPA (UK) with blue and Brooklyn Black Ops Imperial Stout (USA) with aged Gouda.
