Manchester Marathon returns in April 2019, after 13,500 people took part last year. The last few tickets are currently on sale at £69 per entry. Taking place on the roads around Trafford, it’s the flattest marathon course in the UK, meaning it’s perfect for first timers, and also more experienced runners who are looking to beat their personal best.
