Pama International return to the live circuit supporting the release of latest album ‘The Altruistic Soul Sounds Of…’, released on their own Happy People label. Following up on their critically acclaimed album ‘Love & Austerity’, their first album after a seven-year hiatus, the band have recently tourned the Trojan Records Songbook, reimagining some of the world’s most iconic reggae. Forming in 2001, the rocksteady outfit have since released 10 albums, becoming the first new band to sign to legendary label Trojan in 30 years in the process. Centred around founding member, writer and keyboardist Sean Flowerdew, the collective nature of the band has seen them work with members of The Specials, Madness, Galliano, Steel Pulse, and the Style Council. Don’t miss what will be there first appearance in Manchester in nearly a decade, with support from Chief digger at Dig Vinyl Records, DJ Elliot Hutchinson.
