Horror aficionados Grimmfest are hosting a ‘Bloody Crazy’ double bill of modern classics at The Plaza in Stockport at the end of the month to shock you into the new year. The two films picked are Drew Godard’s subversive unravelling of the genre Cabin in the Woods and Sam Raimi’s successful return to the horror fold with Drag Me To Hell. Both films play with conventions and toy with the much loved horror tropes whilst paying homage to what makes scary films so enjoyable. A must see for all horror fans and those with a love of cinema its worth heading down to catch a flick in the beautiful surrounds of The Plaza.
