As part of this year’s Manchester Food & Drink Festival Gary Usher’s (pictured) crowdfunded bistro Hispi teams up with Mcr’s favourite DJ duo, The Unabombers, who also run Volta and The Refuge for a special banquet-party in an abandoned railway station. Food and music combine to make for a unique dining experience in a unique venue with a ‘tear and share’ menu featuring gin cured sea trout, whole chargrilled leg of lamb and dark chocolate pate and cratedigger ice cream whilst the Unabombers play one of their usual high-octane sets.
