Award winning author Jeanette Winterson is reading from her new book, Christmas Days: 12 Stories and 12 Feasts for 12 Days, at Manchester Central Library on Wednesday 7 December. Winterson’s back catalogue includes Oranges Are Not the Only Fruit and The Daylight Gate. She’s a prolific writer of journalistic pieces and Professor of Creative Writing at Manchester University. Her new book is a collection of stories and, surprisingly, recipes too.
